• i like surprises and twists and irony in my work as a way to reframe a narrative. i often feel the pressure to reinvent the wheel, so to cope with that, i want to lean into the opposite direction and ✨exaggerate✨ it
• i love repetition: when you repeat something enough times, they lose its meaning and/or introduce a new reading experience. i like collecting things and finding a pattern. i like things that are piled/repeated/stacked.
• i like digital excavation and loves jenny odell’s work, especially this one. i have a complicated relationship with things (hint: consumerism) and like to think about my/our relationship with things.

• i like finding ways to talk and express trauma, ambiguous loss, grief, voids, closure or lack thereof, and what to do with things we cannot see
